The location is a standout, just steps away from great restaurants and a mall. The renovated rooms are serviceable with adequate amenities, but don't expect true luxury. Despite a rocky start, the new pool-facing room was a delight. The staff tried their best, and the location was superb, close to restaurants and attractions.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

After some room changes, we finally found comfort in a pool-facing room with effective AC. The lobby's elegance stood out, and breakfast featured a good variety of pastries. Consider arriving after check-in hours to avoid delays. Nearby La Vaca Negra offers fantastic dining options.

Mixed experience

The breakfast was great, with tropical fruits and breads. Atade, at the front desk, was very responsive to our issues. The city view from our smaller unit was quite nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was ideal, with a big shopping mall and supermarket within walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The pool was absolutely lovely, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

This hotel is located near the biggest mall in the city, one of the best-rated malls in this area. The staff is very friendly and cute. The breakfast is very good, with a variety of fresh fruit available. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained.
